Tasty Breakfast Tomato Uttapam Recipe

Ingredients: 3 cup dosa batter, ½ cup chopped onions, ½ cup chopped tomatoes

Ingredients: 1 chopped green chilli, sambar powder, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Heat a non stick tawa. Pour in a ladle of the dosa batter.

Top the uttapam with the onion, tomatoes, and chilies.

Press the ingredients. Sprinkle sambar powder on the uttapam.

Flip and cook on both sides. Serve with tomato chutney.
