1.5 cups boiled chana 1 boiled beetroot (large) 1 small onion 2-3 green chillies 1 inch ginger 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp chaat masala Salt as per taste Oil as needed
Add the boiled chana, beetroot, onion, ginger, green chillies in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add all the spices to it along with coriander leaves and make it into patties.
