Eggless Omelette Recipe
For Breakfast
Ingredients
Curd - 1 cup
Gram flour - 3 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
Green chilli - 1, finely chopped
Grated ginger 1-2 inch
Coriander - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Any bread of your choice - 4 pieces
Oil/desi ghee to cook

In a bowl add curd, gram flour and dry spices and and mix well to form a smooth batter.
To this, add the grated ginger, chopped onions, chilli and coriander and mix again.
Now take a spoon of this mix and spread it on one side of the bread.
Heat a non stick flat pan and spread some oil using the brush. When the tawa is hot place the spread-side bread on it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Apply the same batter on other side of the bread. sprinkle some oil and flip the bread on tawa.
When cooked from both sides cut the toast in pieces, sprinkle some chat masala and enjoy with coriander mint chutney.
