Mix flour with water and a pinch of salt to form a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, combine minced chicken, chopped onion, green chili, cilantro, turmeric, garam masala, and salt.

Roll out the dough and divide it into small balls. Add a spoonful of the filling in its center.
