Ingredients All Purpose Flour - 1 cup Egg - 1 Baking Powder - 1 tsp Baking Soda - 1 tsp Salt - A pinch Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp Oil - 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp Mango (chopped) - 1 Raisins - 12 Almonds (chopped) - A handful
Step 1 Preheat the oven for some time. Whisk egg, oil, and sugar together.
Step 2 Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder, and sift everything into the egg mixture.
Step 3 Combine well till dense batter is formed.
Step 4 Add mango, vanilla extract, raisins, and almonds
Step 5 Bake on a greased pan for about 45 minutes.
