Tasty Mango Rabri Recipe

Do you want to give your traditional rabri a fruity twist? Try this mango rabri recipe at home.

Ingredients

Full Cream - 1 ltr Sugar - 2 tbsp Mango Puree - 1 cup Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp Saffron Strands - 5 Pistachio (chopped) - 7 Almonds (chopped) - 5

Boil milk till it reduces and thickens. It should be reduced till it becomes half in quantity.

Add sugar to the thick, coagulated milk and stir till the sugar dissolves.

Add chopped dry fruits like pistachio and almonds.

STEP 4

Add the cardamom powder and saffron, turn off the heat, and let it cool down. To this, mix in the mango puree.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and freeze for a while.

Once it reaches the desired texture, the mango rabri is ready to serve.
