Tasty Mumbai Style Bhelpuri Recipe

Ingredients: 2 cups puffed rice, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 3 tbsp chopped tomato, 3 tbsp boiled potato, 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Ingredients: 1 green chilli, ½ tsp chaat masala, 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, 10 papdi, ¼ cup sev, red chutney, green chutney, tamarind chutney

Add puffed rice to a mixing bowl. Add in onion, tomatoes, potatoes, chillies, and coriander leaves.

Add a tablespoon each of tamarind chutney, red chutney, and green chutney.

Crush the papdis and add to the mix.

Add sev and peanuts and serve immediately.
