Tasty Mushroom Cutlet Recipe

Ingredients

Mushrooms - 400 gm Onion, sliced - 1 cup Oil - 2 tbsps Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Ginger - 2 tsp Potatoes, boiled/mashed - 1 cup Coriander powder - 2 tsp Amchoor - 2 tsp Salt - As per taste Green chillies - 2 tsp Eggs - 2 Refined flour - 1/2 cup Dried bread crumbs - To coat the cutlets

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin and ginger.

Step 2

Stir-fry till well mixed and add mushrooms. Add the coriander, amchoor, salt, and chillies, turn around a few times and switch off the heat.

Step 3

Once it cools, mix mashed potatoes. Form into round or oval cutlets.

Step 4

Dust the cutlets with refined flour, then dip them into the beaten egg. Now, coat it with the crumbs.

Step 5

Dip the crumbed cutlets into the egg and crumbs once more.

Step 6

Deep-fry the cutlets to a golden colour and serve them with your favourite dip.
