2 cups mushrooms

1 cup cashew nuts & almonds
2 onions, finely chopped
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
¼ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp ghee (plus extra for shallow frying)
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp chaat masala
Pinch of salt

Heat ghee in a kadai.
