Tasty One Pot Rajma Pulao Recipe

Ingredients: 2 cups rice, 1 cup boiled rajma, ½ cup chopped onion, 1 tomato chopped, 5 garlic cloves, 1 inch fresh ginger, 1 green chilli
Dry Whole Spices: 1 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon stick, 5 cloves, 5 black peppercorns, 1 black cardamom, 1 tsp cumin seeds
Powdered Spice: 1 tsp garam masala, salt
Add oil in a cooker. Add in the whole spices.
Let them crackle. Add onions, chillies and saute well. Add in ginger-garlic paste.
Add tomatoes and cook well. Add boiled rajma and garam masala.
Add rice to the mix and stir well. Add about 1½-2 cups of water.
Cook till 3 whistles on medium flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
