Palak chaat is the perfect snack to indulge in the evening. Try this tasty Palak chaat recipe that can be made in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients Palak leaves - 5 Besan - 100 gm Ajwain - 1 tsp Boiled potato - 1 Green chutney - 1 tbsp Sweet chutney - 1 tbsp Curd - 1/2 cup Oil - 1/2 cup Sev - 1 tbsp Chopped onion - 1 tbsp Chopped tomato - 1 tbsp Chaat masala - 1 tsp Coriander leaves - For garnishing Pomegranate - For garnishing Salt - As per taste
Step 1 Add besan, water, salt, and ajwain to a bowl. Make a thick batter.
Step 2 Wash the fresh palak leaves and dip them in the besan mixture.
Step 3 Put oil in a small pan and fry these besan-dipped palak leaves on medium flame till they get crispy and brown.
Step 4 Put them on a plate put mashed potato on it, salt, chaat masala, sweet chutney, green chutney.
Step 5 Top it with curd, barik sev, chaat masala, chopped onion, and chopped tomatoes on it.
Step 6 Garnish it with coriander leaves and pomegranate. Palak chaat is ready!
