Tasty Palak Poori Recipe To Try

Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour - 2 cup Spinach Leaves - 1 cup Cumin Powder - 1 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - As per taste Oil - As needed

Blend spinach leaves with a little water to make a smooth puree.

In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, spinach puree, spices, and salt.

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, adding more water if needed.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into discs.

Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the pooris until puffed and golden.

Serve the palak pooris hot with your favorite curry or chutney.
