1-1/2 cup idli rice 1 cup poha 1/2 cup urad dal 1 tsp fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup yogurt 1 tsp ginger, finely chopped 2 green chillies, finely chopped 1 cup fresh coconut, grated 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
2 tsp oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 sprig curry leaves, chopped
Rinse and soak urad dal, idli rice, fenugreek seeds and poha for about 5-6 hours.
Add ginger, green chillies, coconut, coriander, tadka and mix well.
Add the mixture to idli moulds and steam for 8-10 minutes.
