Ingredients Whole-wheat flour - 2 cups Ghee - 1/3 cup Water Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup Kesar Cardamom powder Chopped nuts Dried rose petals
In a bowl add in flour, ghee, water and make a stiff dough.
Once the dough is ready, make thick chapatis out of it.
When the chapatis cool down, grind them to a coarse powder and sieve it.
On a slow flame roast the prepared mixture until it’s light golden brown and aromatic.
Transfer the mixture in a plate and add in powdered sugar, kesar, cardamom powder, nuts and the dried rose petals.
Enjoy the fresh homemade churma hot with a dollop of ghee.
