   Ingredients    2-1/2 cups water    1 tsp salt    2 tsp oil    1 cup fine rava    Oil, as required to deep fry    For the stuffing    1 cup green peas, coarsely ground    2 tsp oil    1/4 tsp hing    1/2 tsp cumin seeds    1 tbsp besan    1/2 tsp turmeric powder    1 tsp red chilli powder    2 tsp coriander powder    1 tsp amchur powder    1/2 tsp fennel powder    Salt, to taste    1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Heat oil in a pan. Add hing, cumin seeds and besan. Cook the besan for 1-2 minutes.

Add in all the spice powders, salt and ground matar. Mix well and cook for 2-3 min. Switch off the stove and keep aside to cool down.

To make the outer layer, heat water in a pan.

Add in salt, oil and let it come to a bowl. Add rava and mix. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Smoothen it out and make a dough. Take a small piece of dough, flatten it, and place a little stuffing.

Shape them into small tikkis and deep fry until golden brown. Serve with your choice of sides.
