Blend garlic cloves, ginger, green chilies, and mustard seeds to make a fine paste.
Step 1
Add banana pieces, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, and mustard oil to a bowl. Add some blended ginger-garlic paste.

Fry the coated banana pieces. Keep them aside. Now, heat oil in a pan, and saute cumin seeds, carom seeds, and onion. Add tomato puree, masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and Kashmiri red chilli powder.

Mix well until ingredients are well combined. Pour yoghurt and stir until oil separates. Add fried bananas, salt, and some water.

Cover it with a lid and cook for a while. Once done add dried fenugreek leaves, garam masala, and coriander leaves.
