Tasty South Indian Bread Poha Recipe for Breakfast

 Ingredients 6-8 slices of bread (white or brown), cut into cubes 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 medium tomato, chopped 1-2 green chilies, chopped 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 8-10 curry leaves 1/4 tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp lemon juice Fresh coriander leaves, chopped, for garnish

Cut the bread slices into small bite-sized cubes and set them aside.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Add curry leaves and chopped green chilies, saute for a few seconds.

Add chopped onions and chopped tomatoes to the pan and saute until they turn soft.

Add turmeric powder and salt to the pan and mix well.

Add turmeric powder and salt toNow, add the bread cubes to the pan and mix them with the vegetables and spices to evenly coat them. the pan and mix well.

Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve the bread poha hot!
