Tasty South Indian Bun Dosa Recipe For Breakfast

Ingredients: 1 cup rice flour 1/4 cup urad dal flour 1/4 cup maida (all-purpose flour) 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup curd (yogurt) 1/2 tsp baking soda Salt to taste Water as needed Ghee or oil for cooking 1/4 cup grated coconut (optional) 1/2 tsp cardamom powder (optional, for a sweet touch)

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, urad dal flour, maida, and sugar.

Add curd, and mix well to form a thick batter. Gradually add water. Cover and leave it for about 2-3 hours.

If you want a sweeter touch, add grated coconut and cardamom powder to the batter.

Heat a dosa tawa or non-stick pan on medium heat. Grease the pan with a little ghee or oil.

Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot tawa. Let it form a thick, round pancake-like dosa.

Cover the dosa with a lid and cook both sides on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

8. Serve the Bun Dosa hot with coconut chutney, sambar, or a side of your choice. Enjoy!
