1-1/2 cup rava 1 cup yogurt 1/2 cup water 1 tsp oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp urad dal 1 green chillies, finely chopped 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 sprigs curry leaves, chopped 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped Salt, to taste Oil, to cook
Add rava, yogurt and water in a mixer jar and grind into a smooth puree.
Take it out in a bowl and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Make a tadka of urad dal, mustard seeds, green chillies and onions.
Add the tadka to the batter with curry leaves, coriander and salt. Mix well.
Pour the batter in a tadka pan and cook until crisp from both sides using oil.
Serve with your favourite chutney.
