Ingredients Maida - 1 cup Onion - 1 Green chillies - 3 Yoghurt or buttermilk - 1.5 cup Coriander leaves - As needed Salt - As per taste Oil - For frying
Step 1 Cut onion green chillies, and coriander leaves into small pieces.
Step 2 Mix the maida and yoghurt nicely into a thick mix. Add the chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, and salt to this mixture.
Step 3 Heat oil in a pan. Make small balls of this mixture and fry them until golden brown.
Step 4 Serve hot with coconut chutney.
