Tasty Street Style Chinese Bhel Recipe

Boil and drain the noodles. Pat dry and fry till crispy.

For the sauce, mix 1 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp red chili sauce, ½ tsp vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil, ¼ tsp black pepper.

Add fried noodles to the sauce mix and mix well.

Add in chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, and cabbage.

Mix well and serve in a bowl.
