Noodles, boiled - 1 bowl Oil - 1 tbsp Garlic cloves (minced) - 2 Diced paneer - 1/2 cup Onion, sliced - 1 Capsicum, sliced - 1 Carrot, sliced - 1 Cabbage, shredded - 1 cup Salt - As per taste Soy sauce - 2 tsp Vinegar - 1 tsp

Maida - 2 cup Atta - 1 cup Oil - 1 tbsp Ajwain - 1 tsp Salt - As per taste Water - To knead dough

To make chowmein, heat some oil in a wok and add garlic, and onions. Add the carrots, capsicum, and cabbage. Stir fry. Add salt, soya sauce, vinegar, and boiled noodles. Toss and keep it aside.

For samosa, mix maida and atta in a bowl. Add salt, ajwain, and oil. Knead the dough with water. Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes.

Make a round-shaped roti. Cut it in half. Make a cone out of that half. Fill it with chowmein. Seal the edge with some water or oil.

Deep fry till golden. Serve it hot.
