Tasty Vegan Gobi 65 Recipe

Ingredients: 350 gms cauliflower florets, 4 dry red chillies, ½ tsp chopped garlic, ½ tsp chopped ginger

Ingredients: 6 tbsp besan, 4 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp corn starch, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder

Ingredients: ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, oil

Blanch the cauliflower florets.

Make a red paste with dried red chillies, chopped garlic, and chopped ginger.

Coat the cauliflower with the red paste.

Make a batter with gram flour, rice flour, corn starch, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and water.

Dip the cauliflowers in the batter and marinate. Fry till golden brown.

Temper with curry leaves, mustard seeds, onion, ginger, and garlic. Serve as a snack.
