Tasty Vegetable Stuffed Omelette Recipe

Ingredients: 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, ¼ cup sliced mushrooms, 1 cup spinach

Ingredients: 1 tsp oil, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp shredded cheese, salt, pepper

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, capsicum, and mushrooms. Saute well.

Add spinach to the pan. Let it cook. Set this mix aside.

Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl. Add this mix to a well-greased pan.

Let it cook. Place the vegetable mix on one side and fold. Cook on both sides and serve hot.
