Telangana Assembly Elections 2023: 9 hot seats to look out for
Gajwel will be a hot seat to look out for. Located about 55 kms from Hyderabad, it has been the stronghold of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, who won the previous two elections from here.

K Chandrasekhar Rao will run simultaneously from the Kamareddy constituency. Currently, the seat is represented by Bharat Rashtra Samithi’s (BRS) Gampa Govardhan, a five-time legislator since 1994.

KCR's son, K T Rama Rao, widely known as KTR, a key member of the Cabinet and working president of BRS, will run for re-election from this seat.

The Goshamahal seat is another closely contested one in the Telangana elections, with the BJP fielding its controversial MLA Raja Singh once again. Singh was earlier suspended following an inflammatory speech.
