Apple CEO Tim Cook is in India to inaugurate the company’s first retail store in Mumbai on April 18.
Cook is likely to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and MoS MeitY as part of his visit to expand Apple's retail footprint in India.
On Monday, Apple previewed its first store in Mumbai in a private event, but only for the media, bloggers and some tech analysts.
Apple BKC will open its doors to the public on Tuesday, while a second store will be inaugurated inside a New Delhi mall on April 20.
So far, Apple has sold its products in India via resellers, its own online store or e-commerce websites.
