Tofu Pepper Fry Curry Recipe

Toss tofu with a mix of paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, cornstarch, oil.
For the pepper masala, grind black peppercorns, black cardamom, green cardamom.
Cook the tofu and set aside.
Heat oil and add bay leaves, crushed black peppercorns, and cloves.
Add in chopped onion, green chilli, and salt to taste.
Add ground coriander, turmeric, paprika, ginger garlic paste, coriander stems, and curry leaves.
Add yoghurt, ketchup, and salt. Bring it to a boil.
Add pepper masala and water. Cook the sauce well. Add in the tofu.
Mix well and cook with the lid on for 7-8 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
