In a Marsh Cup fixture, Fraser-McGurk took only 29 balls to reach the triple-figure mark.
The 21-year-old opener struck 10 fours and 13 sixes to score 125 runs off 38 balls.
South African legend AB de Villiers held the previous record for the fastest List-A century.
In 2015, De Villiers slammed a 31-ball hundred in an ODI against West Indies.
With 36-ball centuries, New Zealand’s Corey Anderson and England’s Graham Rose are joint-third.
Playing for Somerset, Rose achieved the feat in 1990, while Anderson did it against West Indies.
Pakistan’s Shahid Afridi smashed a 37-ball ODI century against Sri Lanka in 1996.
Caribbean batter Rovman Powell scored a 38-ball hundred in 2019 at the Super50 Cup.
In the same year, Sri Lanka’s Sandun Weerakkody recorded a century off 39 deliveries.
