Traditional Indian Sweet Besan Ke Laddu Recipe

Heat 1 cup ghee in a pan on low heat.

Add 2 cups of besan (gram flour) and roast, stirring continuously.

Roast until the besan turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.

Add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder for flavor.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Mix in 1 cup powdered sugar and blend well. Once the mixture cools enough to handle, shape into small round ladoos.

Garnish with chopped nuts if desired. Let the ladoos set and enjoy!
