The Real Madrid wonderkid became the third teenager to score in their first European Championship appearance.
Guler, at 19 years and 114 days, became the youngest player to score on his debut in the competition.
This record was held by Cristiano Ronaldo, who scored at the age of 19 years and 128 days at Euro 2004.
