Vegan Kheer Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup basmati rice, 4 cups almond milk, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup jaggery powder,
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp cardamom powder, 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, cashews), 1 tbsp raisins
Rinse rice and soak for 30 minutes. Heat almond milk and coconut milk in a pot.
Drain rice and add to the milk mixture. Cook on low heat until rice is soft and the mixture thickens
Stir in jaggery powder and cardamom powder. Cook for a few more minutes until well combined.
Garnish with chopped nuts and raisins. Serve warm or chilled.
