Vegan Malai Burfi (Milk Cake) Recipe

1 cup almond flour, 1 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, pistachios, 

Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add almond flour and roast for 2-3 minutes.

Add coconut milk and sugar, stirring continuously. Cook until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.

 Add cardamom powder and mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased tray.

Spread evenly and garnish with chopped pistachios. Let it cool and set for 1-2 hours.

Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy your Vegan Malai Burfi!
