Vegan Mango Halwa Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup mango pulp, 1/2 cup sooji, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 1/2 cups water, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Roast Semolina:
Heat coconut oil in a pan, add semolina, and roast on low heat until golden and fragrant.
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add mango pulp and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Slowly pour the mango mixture into the roasted semolina, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Continue stirring until the halwa thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Garnish with chopped nuts. Serve the vegan mango halwa warm or chilled. Enjoy!
