Actor Vikas Sethi succumbed to a severe heart attack on Sunday.
He reportedly passed away during his sleep on September 8 in Nashik.
His wife Jhanvi Sethi informed that they were in Nashik for a family function.
He worked in popular TV shows like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Sasural Simar Ka.
He also played Prem Basu in Kasautii Zindagi Kay and Swayam in In Kahiin To Hoga.
Sethi was also a part of the 2001 SRK-Kajol film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.
He plays a character named Robbie, who was Kareena Kapoor's college mate and date.
Vikas Sethi was in the 2001 film Deewaanapan, alongside Arjun Rampal and Dia Mirza.
Apart from these, he played a notable role in the 2019 Telugu film iSmart Shankar.
The late actor is survived by his wife and their twin sons.
