World Arthritis Day  Early signs/ symptoms you should not ignore

Joint Pain:  Persistent joint pain, especially if it lasts for more than a few weeks, is a significant warning sign

Joint Stiffness:  Morning stiffness that lasts for more than 30 minutes can be an indicator of arthritis

Swelling and Redness: Swollen, warm, and red joints, even if the swelling comes and goes, can be indicative of arthritis

Reduced Range of Motion:  Difficulty in moving a joint through its full range of motion can be an early sign of arthritis

Fatigue:  Unexplained fatigue, especially if it's accompanied by joint pain and stiffness, can be a sign of arthritis

Joint Warmth:  Warmth in the joints, even when the rest of the body is at a normal temperature

Numbness or Tingling: Some types of arthritis can affect nerves around the joints, leading to numbness or tingling sensations

Weakness:  Muscle weakness around a joint may develop as a result of arthritis, making it challenging to use the joint effectively

Fever:  Inflammatory forms of arthritis may cause low-grade fevers along with joint symptoms
