England are in a precarious situation in the World Cup after losing 4 out of 5 games

They are currently 9th in points table and on the brink of elimination from World Cup

The good news is that the hopes are not fully dashed and England can still make it to semis

But for that to happen they first need to win their upcoming next 4 matches

Their next four matches are against India, Australia, Netherlands and Pakistan

But winning the remaining 4 matches may still not be enough, they will need favours as well

One option is New Zealand lose their remaining 4 matches and remain on eight points

Another way is India win 3 of 4 games and lose only to ENG and SA beat all teams except IND

Australia beat NZ but lose their other matches and Afghanistan beat Netherlands and AUS

Or Sri Lanka beat NZ and Afghanistan while Pakistan beat Bangladesh and New Zealand

If all these results work out this way, England will be on 10 points and could reach the semis
