Blinking To improve the rate of blinking, slowly close your eyes and then open it.

Near and Far focus Look at something at a near distance from you and then look at something at a far distance. Doing this several times will improve focus.

Figure eight Trace a figure eight with your eyes for 30 seconds and then switch to a different direction and try alternating between the two.

Zooming It is one of the best yogic eye exercises to relieve eye fatigue.

Pencil push-ups To improve your binocular vision, place a pencil, move it gently forward and backwards and focus on it.

Eye-rolling Rolling your eyes in every direction is the easiest exercise to reduce strain.

Around the world Just look around yourself to strengthen your eye muscles and reduce eye strain.
