Singapore Changi Airport has been named as the World’s Best Airport in 2023, for the 12th time.
World Airport Awards were held at Passenger Terminal EXPO in Amsterdam.
Changi Airport also won the World’s Best Airport Dining and World’s Best Airport Leisure Amenities awards.
The 2021 and 2022 Airport of the Year, Doha’s Hamad International Airport took 2nd place in the global ranking in 2023.
Tokyo Haneda Airport, No 3 in the global ranking, also won awards as the World’s Cleanest Airport and the World’s Best Domestic Airport.
Seoul’s Incheon Airport ranked No 4 globally and won awards for the World’s Best Airport Staff Service and the World’s Best Airport Immigration Processing.
China’s Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport was named the World’s Most Improved Airport.
Switzerland’s Zurich Airport repeated its success winning the World’s Best Airport Security Processing award.
Bahrain International Airport took top honours with the award for the World’s Best Airport Baggage Delivery.
Istanbul Airport won awards for the Most Family Friendly Airport.
Delhi Airport received the award as the Best Airport in India and South Asia.
Hyderabad Airport won awards as the Best Regional Airport in India and South Asia. It also won for the Best Airport Staff in India & South Asia.
