is one of the most beloved Indian snacks. Here's an easy recipe to make it in an air fryer.
Paneer cubes - 300 gm
Dahi - 1 cup
Haldi - 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Salt (According to taste)
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Step 1
Prepare the marinade for the paneer tikka; add dahi, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder, haldi, garam masala, jeera powder, coriander powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 2
Gently add the paneer cubes to the bowl and toss them nicely. (Make sure to coat them well with marinade.) Let them sit for around 20 to 30 minutes so that the flavours get absorbed nicely.
Step 3
Preheat your air fryer to 200 degrees C and brush the basket with some oil. Place the paneer cubes on it, ensuring they do not stick to each other.
