Place the drumsticks in the smoker at 365°F (185°C) and cook for 10 minutes.
For lollipop sauce, mix barbecue sauce, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar.
Once cooked, dip each drumstick in the sauce and place it back on the grill.
Continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes more.
