Yummy Chocolate Cinnamon Kulfi Recipe

Ingredients: 1 cup milk 1/2 cup condensed milk 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon powder Chopped nuts for garnishing

Mix milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and cinnamon powder in a blender or food processor until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a heavy-bottomed pan and cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and reduces by about half.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Pour the cooled kulfi mixture into kulfi moulds or popsicle moulds.

Garnish with chopped nuts on top.

Freeze the moulds for at least 6-8 hours, or until firm.

Once frozen, carefully remove the kulfi from the moulds and serve chilled.
