Yummy Gluten-free Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients:    Boiled Brown Rice    Dark Chocolate    Milk    Choco Chips    Walnuts

Step 1: Take one cup of boiled brown rice in a grinder.

Step 2: Next up, take some dark chocolate (preferably of high cocoa content), break it into small pieces and add it to the grinder.

Step 3: Add 1 cup of warm milk to dark chocolate and brown rice and blend everything well till you see a thick chocolate mixture.

Step 4: Take the mixture out in a bowl and top it up with some choco chips and walnuts to give it a nutty flavour.

Step 5: Mix everything well and take the mixture out in small cups or containers.

Step 6: Garnish the gluten-free chocolate mousse with some mint, cherries, walnuts and blueberries and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.

Step 7: Serve chilled and enjoy your healthy gluten-free chocolate mousse.
