Nepal's famous jhol momos have a soupy base that is made out of masalas, tomatoes, onions, and chillies. Try this easy and yummy recipe for making jhol momos at home.
Minced chicken - 1 cup
All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Ingredients
Take minced meat in a bowl and season it with masalas and garlic.
Step 1
Prepare a dough from all-purpose flour, salt, and oil for the momos.
Step 2
Roll out this dough, add the filling of minced chicken, and steam the momos.
Step 3
For the jhol, take tomato pure and cook it. Then add red chilli, salt, pepper, turmeric, and ginger. Then once it starts to thicken, add water and let it boil.
Step 4
Pour this jhol into a bowl and add in the momos. Your jhol momos are ready to eat!
