Ingredients
Oats - 100 gm
Onion - 1
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 4
Green chillies - 4
Green capsicum - 1 tbsp
Carrot - 1 tbsp
Cabbage - 1 tbsp
Salt - As per taste
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Oil - As needed
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Spring onion - 1/2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 3 tsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Take a bowl, add veggies, oats flour, and a little bit of rice flour with seasonings. Mix it well.
Step 1
Make small balls by using this batter. Take an idli/appe pan or a baking tray, place these balls on top of it, and bake until golden brown.
Step 2
Heat a little bit of oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic paste along with all the chopped veggies, and sauté for some time.
Step 3
Add sauces along with salt and pepper, and cook.
Step 4
Add baked Manchurian balls into the mixture and simmer it for some time.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy.
