Try this creamy pineapple halwa recipe at home.
Ingredients Pineapple - 1 Sugar - 1/2 cup Ghee - 4 tbsp Semolina - 1 cup Chopped almonds - 1 tbsp Khoya - 1/4 cup Saffron - A few strands
Step 1 Heat a non-stick pan and add sugar and water, enough to soak the sugar. Stir it continuously tills the sugar dissolves.
Step 2 Cut pineapple into small pieces and add to the pan. Cook on a low flame.

Step 3 Heat ghee in another non-stick pan. Add semolina and sauté on medium heat till light golden.
Step 4 Add almonds and cooked pineapple along with the sugar syrup and mix well. Cook till semolina is cooked.
Step 5 Add khoya and sauté for 2 minutes. Garnish with almonds and serve.
