Protein ladoos are filled with loads of nutrition and plenty of health benefits. Try this easy protein ladoo recipe in under 20 minutes at home.
Mixed dry fruits - 1 cup Raisins - 2 tbsp Dates (khajoor) - 1/2 cup Oats flour - 1/4 cup Ghee - 1 tbsp

Step 1
Dry roast oats flour and dry fruits and keep aside.
Step 2
Blend deseeded dates and dry fruits. Add some ghee and blend it again.
Step 3
Now, add this blended mix to a bowl, add oats flour, and knead well.
Step 4
Add more ghee if required.
Step 5
Shape them into balls and let the ladoos set.
