Step 1Heat oil in a kadhai and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, and ginger. Add onion and let it cook.
Step 2Add tomatoes and cook until they are mushy. Add carrot, cabbage, and capsicum. Add turmeric, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and chaat masala, and cook the veggies. Add some tomato sauce and coriander leaves and mix it well.
Step 3The topping is ready, now, grease a tawa and toast bread slices from both sides.
