Toor Dal - 1 cup Spinach, Chopped - 2 cup Onion, Finely Chopped - 1 Tomatoes, Chopped - 2 Green Chillies, Slit - 2 Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tsp Curry Leaves - A sprig Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Sambar Powder - 2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp - 1 tbsp Salt - As per taste Oil - 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves - For garnishing
Pressure cook the toor dal until mushy. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds.
Add onions, curry leaves, and green chilies. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, and sambar powder.
Add the cooked dal, spinach, tamarind pulp, and salt.
