Step 1Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes. Marinate them in a mix of spices (like red chilli powder, garam masala, and a pinch of salt) and a splash of lemon juice. Set aside.
Step 2Heat a little butter or oil on a tawa over medium heat. Saute the bell peppers, tomatoes, and sweet corn kernels until they're slightly tender.
Step 3Now, lay a bread slice on the tawa. Spread a generous spoonful of pizza sauce evenly to coat the slice.
Step 4Sprinkle some of your sauteed veggies on top of the sauce. Place the marinated paneer cubes over the veggies.
