Yummy Vegan Galouti Kebabs Recipe

Galouti kebabs are a melt-in-mouth delicacy. Try this tasty vegan Galouti kebab recipe at home and impress your family.

Ingredients Cooked chickpeas - 1 cup Cooked quinoa - 1 cup Onions, finely chopped - 2 Green Chillies, chopped - 3 Coriander Leaves chopped - 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp Garam Masala - 1 tsp Cumin Powder - 1 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Chickpea flour - 3 tbsp Salt (As per taste) Oil (For cooking)

Step 1 Combine the cooked chickpeas and quinoa and ground them into a coarse mix. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl.

Step 2 Add spices, salt, garam masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder along with ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped onions, and green chillies. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Step 3 Add chickpea flour to the mixture. Combine all the ingredients well or until the mixture holds its shape.

Step 4 Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round kebabs or patties.

Step 5 Take a non-stick pan and heat some oil over a medium flame. Once done, carefully place the shaped kebabs over the pan. Make sure not to overcrowd them.

Step 6 Cook the kebabs for 4-5 minutes on each side. Dab a little oil on and flip them every 2-3 minutes until they are brown and crispy.

Step 7 Once done, remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on paper towels to absorb extra oil.

Step 8 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice, and serve.
